I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #91150) with over ten years of experience in the mental health field. In addition to private practice, I have worked in several other settings: A partial hospitalization program specialized in treating psychosis, family health clinics, and primary and secondary schools. I work from an integrated approach incorporating elements of psychodynamic, interpersonal psychotherapy, and cognitive behavioral therapies. I am calm and direct with an appreciation for authenticity and humor. I have specialized training in perinatal mood disorders and the post-partum period. However, my practice is not limited to this population and I regularly welcome a variety of clients with various presenting concerns.
